Your unforgettable Saint-Tropez adventure awaits - don’t let it sail away without you!

The festivities begin on Friday evening with a sunset apéro on the hotel’s stunning terrace, setting the tone for what’s to come. From there, we’ll move to Le Quai, a hotspot along the legendary Saint-Tropez port, for a sumptuous dinner and an after-party that promises to keep the night alive.
Saturday invites you to embrace the carefree spirit of summer with lunch at Bagatelle St. Tropez, nestled on the sandy shores of Pampelonne Beach. Expect good food, great company, and an electric atmosphere as the day transforms into a celebration at one of the Riviera’s most renowned beach parties.
After some downtime to refresh, the evening unfolds with a sophisticated dinner in the heart of Saint-Tropez, leading into a glamorous night at Les Caves du Roy. Dance into the early hours at this world-famous nightclub, where the music and energy are nothing short of unforgettable.
We’ll wrap up on Sunday with a laid-back farewell breakfast at Hôtel Byblos, offering one last chance to savour the weekend’s memories and bid adieu to friends old and new.

Beverages: Selected wines, spirits, and soft drinks are included during Friday’s dinner, Saturday’s lunch and dinner, and at Les Caves du Roy (while stocks last)

Hôtel Le Mandala Exclusive Room
A 20 sqm modern room with twin beds or one king-sized bed, located poolside.Single occupancy: €2,500 per person
Double occupancy: €3,950 (€1,975 per person)
Please note: Room prices include accommodation for 2 nights (Friday and Saturday) at Hôtel Byblos or Hôtel Le Mandala and all listed activities for each guest.

In case the event cannot take place for any reason, guests will keep their tickets and are automatically invited to the ASW Summer Weekend 2026
