ASMALLWORLD invites members and their guests to join Vincent Corver and Ambassador David De Keyser for a celebration of the 170th anniversary of Richard Wagner’s composition of the "Tristan Chord", in collaboration with Musik Hug.

To commemorate this milestone in the evolution of modern music, concert pianist Vincent Corver and AI artist Tafka Kiaira present an evening of music and art inspired by Wagner, Shakespeare, AI, and the boundless power of human imagination.

Wagner’s vision for the future of art, “Die Kunst und die Revolution”, centered on the concept of the “Gesamtkunstwerk”—the idea that various art forms should be unified into a single, cohesive work. This evening’s performance will explore and interpret Wagner’s belief in the transformative power of art, brought to life through the collaboration of Vincent and Kiaira.

This will be the first and only live performance of “Improvisations on the Tristan Chord”, played by Vincent—just as Wagner before him—on a Steinway Grand Piano. The performance will be accompanied by a visual journey created by AI artist Tafka Kiaira.

For both artists, this event offers an opportunity to delve into the hidden recesses of the human mind and unleash limitless creativity, augmented by the power of AI.
