Every detail is a testament to creativity. Visitors can marvel at installations such as the Paper-Bar, a striking feature designed by Helsinki-based studio Fyra, and mingle at uniquely styled venues such as En Bar Bara (Swedish for “Just a Bar”). This year’s theme, ‘Connecting the Dots,’ reflects a commitment to creating a cohesive narrative between sustainability, technology and design.
Drawing in visitors from over 100 countries, the Stockholm Furniture Fair 2025 promises to be an unparalleled event, bringing together industry leaders, design enthusiasts and cultural visionaries.

The fair boasts a rich and varied talks programme, featuring more than 30 speakers. Headlining this year’s event is acclaimed designer Faye Toogood, who will deliver a keynote on ‘The Role of Craft in a Digital Age’ alongside Cajsa Carlson.
The talks are categorised into three compelling themes: Memory of Space, which examines the role of design during a time of climate crisis; AI-volution, which explores the evolving relationship between artificial intelligence and design; and Design Disruption, which discusses the materials that will shape our future.
For industry professionals, an additional 20 seminar programmes delve into topics such as circular transformation and innovative practice, aiming to equip attendees with actionable insights and strategies to stay ahead in an ever-changing landscape.
The fair showcases a number of exhibitions: Greenhouse 2025 brings together 38 designers and 19 design schools to present fresh perspectives and groundbreaking ideas. This year’s guest exhibition, Plastic Perspectives, serves as a provocative exploration of humanity’s complex relationship with plastic; meanwhile Ung Svensk Form 2025 celebrates 25 of Sweden’s most promising young talents; and, finally, Älvsjö Gård hosts experimental and small-scale exhibits from cutting-edge designers, such as DONG Design and Fabian Bermark Näsman.
