Sitting on the absolute northern tip of the island, its al fresco dining with astounding, unbroken panoramic views and innovative fusion cuisine draws diners from across the entirety of Koh Samui every evening. As it only serves dinner, the hotel's other restaurant, Dining on the Hill, is open for lunch (and more casual dinners) with a delicious menu of international favourites and topnotch Thai cuisine. The attached bars have a laid back jungle hut vibe and are ideal for sundowners.
