Michelin-starred chef José Andrés lends his expertise to The Bazaar by José Andrés, which is a theatrical, shared-plate dining experience that’s both innovative and playful, inspired by the chef’s Spanish heritage. Beneath the oversized chandeliers in the atrium, you’ll find Peacock Alley, where you can indulge in a cocktail or a light bite whenever your heart desires.
