Wine is certainly a highlight here, which should come as no surprise given the presence of the property’s vineyard. Korta Katarina Winery has created seven private label wines encompassing reds, whites and even a sparkling variety. These can be enjoyed at any of the Villa’s dining venues, or at the vineyard itself. Though wine is certainly a highlight, the Villa’s culinary scene is nothing to sneeze at. Exquisite Croatian cuisine can be enjoyed in a wide variety of environments, whether that means a fine-dining dinner in the opulent Dining Room, or a laid-back lunch on the gorgeous, open-air Terrace. The lovely Living Room is an attractive spot for Afternoon Tea with views of the gardens and the sea, and sunset views (best enjoyed with a glass of wine in hand) are particularly lovely from the balcony of The Library. And no stay at Villa Korta Katarina could possibly be complete without at least one evening spent in the gorgeous underground Wine Cellar with its stone walls, vaulted ceilings and intimate ambience.
