The restaurant’s robust wine list emphasises Italian bottles – no surprise there – and be sure not to miss the opportunity to dine outside on the secret garden-esque patio when the weather is nice. Another option for alfresco eats can be found on The Roof, which is set on the seventh floor and features a travertine plunge pool alongside superb views of the skyline. In addition to Italian lunches, guests can enjoy citrus, herb and amari-focused cocktails alongside an aperitivo menu created by Japanese chef Haruo Ichikawa. Venture back inside to the alluring 12-seat Jade Bar, which is swathed in the colour that shares its name and features compelling cocktails with names like ‘Don't Fear the Repo’.
