An award-winning restaurant is located (rather conveniently) on the first floor of the hotel. Called Alena, this eatery is beloved by Tel Aviv locals and guests of the hotel alike. The vibrant menu – which encompasses all meals of the day – features European-inspired dishes that draw especially from Mediterranean and Galilean flavours. The artfully prepared plates highlight an abundance of local ingredients, and diners can enjoy their feasts indoors or out. On The Norman’s third floor, you’ll find another superb spot for a meal. Called Dinings Restaurant, this graceful spot fuses Izakaya-style Japanese tapas with contemporary European fare
