The first of the trio is open for all meals of the day and features cuisine from around the world. The trendy dining room is chic and contemporary, with windows overlooking the property’s outer courtyard and the lake itself. Cuisine served here is innovative and eclectic, and the walk-in wine cellar is a definite perk. Magnificent Indian fine dining can be found at the enchanting Sheesh Mahal: a two-level, open-air affair that gazes out over the lake. Dine here to be treated like royalty in the truest sense of the term: the menu’s masterfully prepared dishes utilise recipes created in royal kitchens. This venue becomes exponentially more romantic as the evening wears on, thanks to the gentle glow of candles and the glittering stars overhead.
For a drink in the late afternoon or nightcap before bed, look no further than The Library Bar. Designed to resemble a lavish living room, this sultry space features dark wood panelling, plush furniture, crackling fireplaces and an abundance of fine art. Though it’s well worth visiting just for the ambience, The Library Bar also features an excellent assortment of vintage wines, champagne and fine cognacs.
