Savour traditional Costa Rican cuisine at Tucanes Restaurant which offers a seven-course tasting menu with flavours from each province as well as an a la carte menu with steak and fresh seafood. At Ave Restaurant, you'll find ceviche, jumbo shrimp from the Pacific and classic Costa Rican Tico sandwiches. Sip a refreshing cocktail in the warm water of the main pool thanks to Agua Ardiente Pool Bar, or sit down for a casual poolside meal including pizza, burgers and fruit sorbets. Shangri-La Gardens offers casual meals in an adult-only setting, while Bosque offers tapas and signature cocktails. At Caña Brava, guests can take mixology classes, try an empanadas sampler or crispy plantains and sip gin and tonics infused with tropical flavours.
