Begin the day with breakfast at Es Carbó, which is a Mediterranean restaurant that pays homage to the flavours of Italy. Return later in the day for a dinner of familiar favourites like homemade pizza, pastas and other classic dishes. To enjoy tapas and a good wine list while overlooking the golf course, try La Bodega del Green for Spanish cuisine on a pretty al fresco terrace. Last but not least is Bar 18+ Uno, which serves as a focal hub of the hotel and features live sports on the TVs indoors and a sunny terrace outside.
It goes without saying that golf is a highlight at the hotel, and the courses guests have access to are as visually striking as they are enjoyable to play. That being said, there’s still plenty to do for guests not keen on the game. Younger guests, for example, will delight in the Arabella Kids & Tweens Club, while their parents pay a visit to Shine Spa for some well-deserved pampering. There – in addition to a menu of indulgent treatments – guests will find a host of wellness amenities including saunas, a fitness centre and a newly designed indoor pool.
