Rooms are deliciously large, even at entry-level (the smallest among them is an impressive 55 square metres), and each is an individual oasis of white and beige peppered with touches of blue that match the sea. Speaking of the sea, you’ll have postcard-worthy views of it thanks to enormous windows that lead out to furnished private balconies and flood the rooms with light. Back inside, sumptuous beds seem to float above the parquet wooden floors, and clever lighting allows the mood to shift seamlessly from day to night and from serene to party-ready. Indulgent suites kick the luxury up notch, and the Ultra Suites are the grandest of all. In these, luxurious bathrooms have walk-in showers and separate oversized baths, and private outdoor spaces are huge: some even have their own jacuzzis or pools (with unbelievable views, of course).
Mediterranean cuisine at the resort is superb and spectacularly fresh, as is the seafood served on the rooftop at the Terasu Japanese Robatayaki and Sushi Restaurant. The latter is one of our favourite spots in the resort, as it’s a gorgeous evening spot for soaking up the coastline views with a cocktail in hand.
And then, of course, there are the wellness facilities. A well-appointed fitness centre is open 24 hours, and the picturesque infinity pool has spellbinding sunset views over the Argolic Gulf. The indulgent spa is pretty and serene – opt for an outdoor treatment to get the quintessential Greek Riviera experience.
