For an indoor libation, Soul Lounge is a white and blue oasis with orchids everywhere and a laid-back atmosphere (DJ included). The fun, peppy Key West offers Caribbean fare with a Latin twist: think ceviche and tacos and equally scrumptious drinks. And then there’s Café Nikki: an all-day bistro for a light bite whenever you feel so inclined.
Leisure is a way of life here, and you’d be remiss to pass up a spa day (or two, or three). The resort’s spa could hardly be more glamorous if it tried: equal parts futuresque and artsy, it combines elements like ice fountains, hammams and relaxation areas both indoors and out.
