At certain times throughout the year, rooms can be individually booked; these occasions (which typically encompass seven-day stays) are referred to by the island as ‘Celebration Weeks’. For the rest of the year, Necker invites lucky groups to ‘Take the Whole Island’: bring up to 48 adults and six children for this once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Accommodations are – put simply – to die for, with a range of options and ambiences found around the island. At the island's highest point, you’ll find The Great House, which is exactly what it sounds like: expect Balinese-style architecture, panoramic views, a wraparound deck and a lofty crows nest – hot tub and sunbeds included. At the Bali Lo Complex, you’ll find an assortment of enchanting accommodations inspired by Indonesian tradition, while the Bali Hi Complex is home to one of the Necker’s most romantic options: the sea-surrounded Bali Cliff, which is perched on the very edge of the island. Four Balinese-style bedrooms and a shared space known as ‘Elders Temple’ make up the Temple House, which is blissfully situated in the middle of the island.
