Dining on the property presents guests with one restaurant and two bars to choose from, all of which embody the same grace of the property at large. Carosello is the property's magnificent signature restaurant which is set within the former stables of the masseria. The space is dazzling with its vaulted whitewashed ceilings and rustic pews, and the food (which is the creation of celebrated chef Fulvio Pierangelini) is an ode to regional cuisine in which humble ingredients are turned into magnificently memorable dishes. Bougainvillea is the first of two bars; cosy furnishings and a crackling fireplace make it a splendid spot to unwind.
