There are three restaurants here; the Michelin-starred The Tsé Fung is probably the best Chinese in the city – dine in the garden in warmer months. The Loti is the hotel’s signature fine-dining restaurant; don’t miss the brunch if you’re here on a Sunday. The spa restaurant, Café Lauren, offers healthy, flavorful dishes from acai bowls and chia pudding for breakfast to roasted prawns and fresh sea bass later in the day.
