Vegetarians rejoice: the Asian-inspired restaurant has a substantial plant-based menu in addition to its original carnivore-friendly one. The rustic, ski lodge-esque Bob-Restaurant is a lively place for a light lunch between runs on the slopes, and its name is owed to the fact that you’ll have a front-row view of the Bobsled course while you dine. The trattoria-style Pizzeria is a pleasant spot for familiar Italian favourites, while the upscale Grand Restaurant is the place to go if you want an excuse to dress up. For a fabulous Peruvian-meets-a-little-bit-of-everything meal (and an excellent drink), end the day at Sunny Bar by Claudia Canessa (who was named Chef of the Year by Bilanz in 2018).
