The cocktails found here are excellent as well, and vinophiles should be certain to book a wine tasting in Luke’s Cellar. The Wilmot Bar is a prime spot for a latte during the day or a botanical libation at night, and more nightlife can be found at Harper Rooftop bar, which is perched above Sydney on level seven and is styled to resemble a lush urban sanctuary with its verdant foliage, shimmering pool and pastel pink mosaic bar.
