A cut-glass lustre that reflects the light of the lagoon encases each of these contemporary two floored loft suites. Set between the olive groves and canal, La Maisonette gives a sense of independent living with five star service.
Each loft suite has two bathrooms, separate living room and a private garden, ten have their own plunge pools.
A split-level refuge on this Venice private island. The ground floor living area opens onto the wooden deck and garden within our gardens. The first floor sleeping area is fresh with light. There are bathrooms on both floors making this an adaptable space for families and friends.
The design is distinguished by a wall and box of glass. It is comfortable, spacious minimalism, furnished in shades of ivory and aquamarine.

Inspired by the light and stillness of the lagoon, architect Matteo Thun has amplified spacious calm in this one bedroom suite with glass. A length of floor to ceiling windows gives views from each room over the lagoon and Venice skyline. Glass slides open onto a private garden with your own pool. A luxury private villa with a swimming pool, entirely secluded within our own gardens.
All interiors are finished in designer Matteo Thun’s fluid style, rooms filled with light and air, merging with the surrounding nature. On the ground floor there is an extensive living area with a sitting room and dining room with separate kitchen. A further small lounge can also be converted into a third bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom.
The first floor has views over the lagoon towards the Venice skyline. The two master bedrooms each have sleek light-filled bathrooms, one has a soaking tub. There is also a small lounge and study on this floor.

This is a large private home which can be configured for up to seven guests.
