Rita's Cantina & Bar channels all the personality of the Southwest into its 1930s-inspired dining room, which is open for all meals of the day and is a popular spot with locals as well as with guests of the resort. For an energising meal to get you charged up for a round of golf, head to Acacia, the property’s adobe-inspired golf club restaurant. Sprouts at the Spa offers fresh fare for the health-conscious folk in a tranquil environment, while Hoppin’ Jacks at the Jackrabbit Pool makes poolside dining (and drinking) a breeze.
