A Michelin-starred eatery helmed by Chef Alois Vanlangenaeker, this Italian restaurant favours pure and simple ingredients, many of which come from the property’s own garden. The restaurant’s dishes look like edible artworks, and the impressive wine list boasts over 600 labels. A more casual beachfront experience can be had at Carlino Restaurant, which is a lovely option for trying out local favourites in a laid-back setting. Bee Chic is a luxurious take on street food; visit to enjoy light bites on a pretty terrace. The Prestige Carlino room offers a unique stay experience. Very spacious (90 square meters), with a bright and refined style, it was part of the apartment of Carlino Cinque, the founder of the San Pietro, who began the construction of the hotel from here.
It offers spectacular views of Positano and the coast as far as the Faraglioni of Capri from the room and from the corner terrace – among the most beautiful in the hotel – where a large round table allows guests to enjoy the extraordinary outdoor space.
The interior is enhanced by artistic ceramics created especially for this setting and a gallery of black-and-white photos of Carlino and a Positano of yesteryear, adding to its charm and atmosphere.
