At Habaneros, you’ll be able to enjoy tacos and superbly fresh ceviche with sweeping views of the water; afterwards, counter the spicy with something sweet at Pasteles Dessert Parlour. Guests seeking a childfree evening will have a handful of adults-only venues to choose from, including the sophisticated restaurant La Bastille (which serves graceful French cuisine), the Mayan-inspired Saasil Bar and the poolside Punta Vista, which is an excellent spot for a cocktail.
