A quintessentially British hotel in the charming Marylebone neighbourhood, Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill is a sophisticated spot for an authentic holiday in London. Within the hotel, guests will find 440 rooms, of which 50 are suites. All are perfectly contemporary yet steeped in classic British design, with nods here and there to Sir Winston Churchill, the hotel's namesake. Accommodations range from the simple and straightforward to the absolutely spectacular; if you're looking for the latter, book the lavish Churchill Residential Suite, which features a grand piano, rooftop terraces and artwork by none other than Winston Churchill himself. There’s some design variance from one accommodation to the next (present most especially in the suites) but for the most part, interiors are set in a palette of attractive neutrals: think ivory, taupe and mocha complemented by accents of wood, leather and suede. Nostalgic framed prints hearken back to the London of a bygone era, while eye-catching accents like bold circular mirrors add a touch of refreshing contemporary flair.

Dining at the hotel is a lovely exploration of both British cuisine and flavours from further afield. The Michelin-starred Locanda Locatelli represents a departure from regional fare with its Italian-inspired menu, which features homemade pasta, succulent meats and – naturally – a fabulous wine list curated by sommelier Virgilio Gennaro. The award-winning Churchill Bar & Terrace is artsy and glamorous – this is a stellar spot for a craft cocktail or Cuban cigar, and the outdoor terrace is heated all year round. The Montagu Kitchen overlooks Portman Square and is open for all meals of the day; its menu is a love letter to contemporary British cuisine and offers exciting takes on familiar favourites.

Though you won't find a full spa within the hotel, guests can still indulge in some pampering thanks to the hotel's pleasant treatment rooms and a limited menu of services.
