The guests-only Ballestas Restaurant boasts an elegant dining room and gorgeous outdoor terrace (which is bound to become your go-to spot for a breezy breakfast), and the Peruvian-Mediterannean cuisine served there is sublime (the seafood, in particular, is a treat). More fresh, locally sourced seafood can be found at Chalana Restaurant, which enjoys a beautiful location on the pier surrounded by the waters of Paracas Bay. The Italian Trattoria is a vibrant, family-friendly spot for homemade pasta, fresh pizza, delicious gelato and (of course) excellent wine. For a pre or post-prandial libation, you’ll have your choice of the thatched roof Bar Lounge (which features panoramic ocean views) or Zarcillo Bar, which boasts a cosy fireplace and candlelit dining.
