You can expect the works: think opulent chandeliers, exquisite furnishings and regal accents throughout. The lavish spaces do manage to fall short of feeling stuffy, though, which we certainly appreciate. The suites are even more decadent than the rooms and feature stunning views to go along with their luxurious interiors. The Presidential Suite is the crown jewel of the lot and boasts a truly awe-inspiring interior set in brilliant shades of cobalt blue.
Guests of the hotel are positively spoiled at mealtimes thanks to the property's three brilliant venues, which encompass every meal of the day – and then some. Windows Restaurant is an uber-stylish, glass-fronted eatery that serves contemporary cuisine with panoramic views of the lake. There, a menu of theatrical dishes are impeccably prepared, and the impressive wine list boasts bottles from the hotel's sister property vineyard, Bouchard Finlayson. The iconic Cigar Lounge is a boon for cigar aficionados with its world-class menu and refined, handsome interiors. This gorgeous lounge is a part of the larger Leopard Bar, which is a spectacular venue for drinks with a prestigious wine list and an extensive whiskey collection to boot. Don't overlook the food menu at Leopard Bar, either: the spot’s Signature Cheesecake is a must-have.
