There’s only one restaurant and bar, Arc, where a convivial atmosphere awaits. Live music is performed every evening, and this is a great place to soak up the atmosphere of the city. The vast windows of this circular space look out over the hustle and bustle of Canada Place and beyond, and as all meals of the day are served here, it’s a busy spot. The menu changes with the seasons with locally sourced ingredients being a key component in what comes out of the kitchen. The hotel’s own roof garden supplies many of the herbs that are used, just one of the property’s nods to making environmentally friendly choices. Brunch on the weekend is outstanding and not to be missed.
When it comes to leisure pursuits, there’s a gym that’s well kitted-out, a rooftop pool that’s open and heated year-round, and there are bicycles for guest use as well as kids’ bikes. Speaking of kids, they are very welcome here, and robes, cribs and toys are available upon request.

The Stanley Park Suite is Fairmont Waterfront's largest specialty suite and was home to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II during her Royal Jubilee visit.
Located on the seventh and eighth floors, this split level suite offers a spacious living area, formal dining area for eight, hardwood floors, pantry kitchen and a large private balcony with stunning views and comfortable patio furniture.

The Stanley Park Suite is Fairmont Waterfront's largest specialty suite and was home to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II during her Royal Jubilee visit.
Located on the seventh and eighth floors, this split level suite offers a spacious living area, formal dining area for eight, hardwood floors, pantry kitchen and a large private balcony with stunning views and comfortable patio furniture.
Suite is available as a one-bedroom or two-bedroom suite. The main bedroom features a King bed and has a large en-suite marble bathroom with deep jetted soaker tub and separate shower. The additional 2nd bedroom has two Queen beds with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the harbour.
