The dinner menu features locally-caught seafood, lamb and beef from nearby farms, and mouthwatering desserts including exotic fruit sorbets and brown butter cake. The weekend brunch boasts freshly-baked pastries, avocado toast, charcuterie and speciality brunch cocktails. The Lobby Lounge offers breakfast delights including fruit smoothies, free-range eggs and buttermilk pancakes. Later in the day, it transforms into a raw bar with scrumptious sashimi, sushi nori tacos and Nova Scotia lobster.
