Step into one of our quiet Cottage Rooms and leave the world at the quaint barn door.
Decked out in delicate florals, contemporary textures and calming hues, these divine doubles have been carefully planned to harmonise with the natural beauty of the Cromlix grounds and woodland just outside the window.
Located on the second floor, each has a separate en-suite with either a walk-in shower or shower over the bath, and a comfy, queen size bed to snuggle up in.

Each of these five spaces has its own traditional features and delightful décor to admire. From characterful old fireplaces and views of the grounds to exquisite botanical wallpaper and squishy sofas decked out in rich upholstery, no two Estate Rooms are quite the same.
Curl up on the enormous, wonderfully comfy super king bed with a freshly brewed coffee, sample the delicious homemade shortbread and admire the dreamy views. Everything else can wait.

Our Junior Suites offer magnificent proportions, with a large bedroom, inviting sitting room and a showstopping bathroom, furnished with a freestanding, rolltop tub and separate steam shower. There’s even stylish bathroom seating, for those who want to preen and polish a little longer.
Each room has been individually designed to reflect the light and mood of the space, and there are thoughtful personal touches to be discovered all around, from books and fresh flowers to artworks and curios. Expect to be thoroughly charmed.

With its dinky turret, sweet wooden porch and incredible woodland views, The Laurel Gate Lodge offers all the charm of Cromlix House, in miniature. It’s the perfect choice for those who want a truly self-contained stay.
Beautifully refurbished in summer 2023, inside, you’ll find the quintessential country cottage - plenty of flexible accommodation, with a kitchen, living room, king-size bedroom and a family bathroom with walk-in shower and separate bath. There’s even a pull-out sofa bed, making it ideal for bringing the kids.
This accommodation lies 1.3 kilometres from the main house at the entrance to the Cromlix Estate, but if you don’t feel like walking, we have a car on standby to whisk you to the main house so you can enjoy the best of both worlds.
