The resort's own gardens are to thank for many of the organic ingredients used in its vibrant culinary scene. Further collaborations with local farmers ensure that seasonally inspired dishes are sustainably created and fresh as can be. The award-winning restaurant Bukhari is the resort's signature eatery: breakfasts and lunches here highlight comfort food from around the world, while dinner is a magnificent fine dining affair. So special are the concoctions of Bukhari (which, by the way, is named after a traditional Bhutanese fireplace) that it is a regular dining spot of Bhutan‘s royal family.
