While “The Restaurant & Bar” might not be the most exciting name of a dining venue, don’t be fooled; Chateau Eza’s signature restaurant boasts a Michelin star. There, French and Mediterranean cuisine is served against a breathtaking backdrop of the French Riviera. 180-degree views can be enjoyed indoors from the glass-edged dining room, but we’d recommend dining outdoors whenever possible to make the most of the venue’s gorgeous terrace. The hotel also has a Lounge Bar as well, where guests can enjoy alfresco cocktails in the summer months.
Though guests may be tempted to linger in their beautiful bedrooms (and who could blame them?), one would be remiss to pass up on the myriad opportunities for adventures both off and on the property. The hotel can coordinate all manner of vehicle rentals, both on land and sea: whether you want to explore the cobblestone streets on a motorcycle or take to the waves with your own chartered boat (and full crew, should you desire), you'll be able to do just that. Helicopter rides are another option for adventurous guests, while those who prefer to keep both feet on solid ground can take advantage of nearby sightseeing, golfing and more.
