Villa with three bedrooms, each having its own bathroom, kitchen, living room, outdoor pool.
So named because it occupies the site of our previous stable which was presided over by our own Cavallerizza (horsewoman), the villa provides a refuge which families or close friends will be reluctant to leave. The center of Borgo Pignano is just a short stroll away and the villa offers immediate views over the stables and horse arena which then give way to the undulations of Tuscan hill country. La Cavallerizza has three spacious bedrooms (all with their own bathroom), a dining room, kitchen and living room that spill onto a shaded, outdoor terrace. The heated pool is generously proportion and the garden is dressed with native plants and parking space with an electric charging station.

There is a spacious dining and living room, a generous well-equipped kitchen and a large covered porch with view on the small idyllic lake. Villa La Fonte enjoys a beautiful heated swimming pool and a tranquil sundeck in exclusive use for guests staying there.
The Villa, farmhouses and apartments have all been restored and decorated using environmentally friendly products and materials such as locally sourced stone and reclaimed slate, organic plasters and eco-paints.
Wherever possible, we protect and support our natural environment and use both innovative and traditional farming techniques. We are actively improving the soil conditions and decreasing the need for irrigation. We have successfully experimented with swales, a natural system for retaining rainwater and preventing soil erosion – the first time this has been done in Tuscany.
The heating and hot water systems within the Villa are fueled by solar panels and chip-fired boilers which are fed by wood harvested from the estate’s forests. Pignano’s gardens are fed with filtered harvested rainwater, while natural and manmade lakes supply irrigation for the farmland.
To further add to the estate's low-impact environmentally friendly philosophy, Borgo Pignano has installed two Tesla charging points in the hotel's parking area. Another positive addition to Pignano’s ongoing quest for a greater level of sustainability.

The delightful 2-bedroom Villa Poggiarello is located on a hill 1.5 km from the center of Borgo Pignano and its services. Immersed in the Tuscan countryside, with breathtaking views that extend as far as the medieval town of Volterra, it boasts two double rooms with private bathroom, one of which is a master bedroom with large windows overlooking the beautiful surrounding hills. An equipped kitchen, a large dining room and a cozy living room with fireplace, a covered loggia, a private heated swimming pool with a solarium deck and a garden with aromatic plants make our guests' stay pleasant. The villa has a private parking with charging point for electric cars. A 4-seater electric minicar is made available to guests free of charge.

Casa del Guardia is a spacious maisonette occupying the entire first floor of a seventeenth-century building with a beautiful, natural stone exterior. During the nineteenth century, this property served as a dwelling for the guard of the estate.
