The Suite del Conte: The Suite del Conte is named after the Count Rossi Scotti who owned the Villa and slept there until the half 1800. It is finely featured by the original frescoes, the coffered ceiling and its beautiful cast iron fireplace of the 17th Century. The living room is spacious and cozy, and the bathroom endowed with tub and shower. It is the main room of the Count Experience: the rental of the whole first floor, on the Villa side of the central historical building of Borgo dei Conti Resort. It also includes the Contessa Superior Room (with wooden and frescoed ceiling and original fireplace), a wide library with fireplace, table, armchairs and sofa , and from which you have access to the main balcony of the Villa, facing the entrance, towards the majestic park.

The Family Flats are located on the ground floor and on the first floor of the historic village. These apartments have been built in the most panoramic part of the village with an open view of the Nestore River valley and Pietrafitta Lake. The roof with exposed beams, the terracotta floor. The Junior SPA are very special rooms : a suggestive outdoor space, almost entirely made of glass, has been recently added to these large rooms on the ground floor of the Colonica. This additional room is equipped with a private Jacuzzi. Just beside it, a glass sliding door gives access to a delightful little private garden, with table and chairs on white gravel, flowers and hedges all around. During the day this unique environment receives natural light which, together with ornamental plants and naval wood finishes, turns this private SPA experience into a moment of relaxation and freedom from disturbance, in total harmony with the elements of nature. By dusk onwards this corner of privacy and romance is evocatively lit by the lights of the tub and garden candles.
