Geneviève Charial is the woman behind the renovation of the property’s guestrooms. You can choose from either a contemporary ambience or a more authentic one if you so desire. The former are resplendent in clean lines, wax-finished paint, marble and mosaics, while the latter feel more classically Provençal with their solid wood furniture and hints of grandeur. Whichever you choose, expect magnificence: the spaces are airy and beautiful with a welcoming atmosphere and timeless feel. For an elevated stay, book either the Prestige Luxe or Suite Prestige Luxe: these are the choicest accommodations and feature high ceilings, exceptional interior design and the property’s best views.

A romantic eatery with a history dating back to 1945, this exceptional restaurant is helmed by Chef Glenn Viel and offers truly exquisite Provençal cuisine alongside a stunning wine list. La Cabro d’Or is a fresh and lively establishment that features the refined cuisine of chef Michel Hulin in a seasonally changing menu that combines tradition with innovation. The idea of Philippine Lemaire was a continuity between outside and inside, reason why she chose vegetal and bronze colours and natural materials for furniture and decoration.
