The resort's Asian-inspired villas come in almost a dozen different varieties, the smallest of which can house two guests and the largest of which – a behemoth called Villa Cerezo – can host a grand total of fifteen. All are gorgeous, all have private pools and most (but not all) have views of the water. Within, the villas are lush and lovely, set in neutral shades with strategic pops of colour and plenty of beautiful dark wood. Open-plan layouts and full-wall windows frame gorgeous views and let in plenty of natural light; we especially love those villas from which you can gaze out at the ocean whilst soaking in the tub.
Three restaurants and a bar showcase both local favourites and international flavours, with something to suit every taste and occasion. The resort’s award-winning signature restaurant, Saffron, features modern Thai cuisine in a classy yet casual environment with gorgeous views of the water. At La Nao, you’ll find contemporary Mexican cuisine with an emphasis on local dishes, while Las Rocas Grill and Bar is an unbeatable spot for sizzling barbecues and fresh seafood.
