Being far from the centre of Beijing means that visitors are reliant on the hotel restaurants, so it's good that there's a variety of menus to choose from: a Chinese restaurant drawing its inspirations from the Ming Dynasty; a Japanese restaurant that serves French-Japanese fusion on small plates, kaiseki style; and The Grill, which offers premium meats and fish, western style.
