China Mood serves authentic cuisine of the country for which it’s named, highlighting regional dishes as well as elaborately theatrical tea rituals. Al Khiran Kitchen is an all-day affair that overlooks the resort’s pool and the sea beyond, while Turkish cuisine is featured at Turkuaz, which enjoys vistas of the gardens and beachfront. Even closer to the action is the vibrant Blu, a chic poolside spot for light bites and refreshing libations.
