Set by the hotel's Grand Jardin, the Espadon is a refined spot for dining under the stars on the tree-lined terrace. Sample exquisite dishes imagined by Béziat, who draws on both her childhood in Africa and summers spent in Provence – she uses seasonal and local produce, including aromatic herbs and flowers from the Ritz’s kitchen garden, which are harvested as needed.
