Famous for their traditional pastor tacos, here you’ll find soft, bun-like tacos filled with slow-cooked meats. Practicality is the priority here, so don’t expect any plush decor – but the tacos are renowned across the city.

This former auto repair shop only opens during the evening, serving perfectly seasoned meat carved straight off the rotating spit. It’s well worth a visit, especially since the eatery is Michelin-recommended. 

Orinoco is famous for its Monterrey-style tacos, including tacos al pastor, bistec and chicharrón. The distinct taste and accompanying salsas make this spot a trendy hangout for both travellers and locals.
