The series launched at the end of last month and is scheduled to run until July 2025, with a cycle of prominent chefs taking over the hotel’s kitchen on a bi-monthly basis. Served at L’Epicerie, Claridge’s special chef’s table, each dinner promises to be an immersive event with only 14 seats available overlooking the kitchen.
Expect an action-packed few months, with an excellent line-up of chefs and all-round British cuisine. The next dinner will see chef Gareth Ward of Ynyshir Restaurant, Wales, cook up a storm on 11 November, followed by Sam Carter of Twenty Two, Cambridge, in January, and Roberta Hall-McCarron of The Little Chartroom, Edinburgh, in March.
