In his words, Blumenthal chose the restaurant name because it was the “natural choice for its typically British quirky history and linguistic playfulness.” Dinner here is served as it was historically: at any time of the day. Arrive at 1pm for a light lunch or 8pm for some old school wining and dining.
Starting from 13 October, every Sunday between 1-3 pm, Blumenthal’s special roast dinners will be served in the restaurant. You'll find us ordering the classic roast beef and Yorkshire pudding, of course, with plenty of gravy.
