Oktoberfest Pre-Opening Dinner - Munich

What could be better than kicking off the Oktoberfest season with a traditional Bavarian dinner at the iconic Der Spöckmeier? Join us in the heart of Munich at this modern historical restaurant for an evening of authentic cuisine as we celebrate the start of Oktoberfest in style!

ASMALLWORLD invites members and guests to join Ambassador, Ulrich Clef, for for an evening with contemporary Bavarian food and beer at the modern historical restaurant Der Spöckmeier in the centre of Munich.

You have the choice between meat, fish, and vegetarian dishes, as well as beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks.

This evening is especially intended for our members who are travelling to Oktoberfest from abroad, but of course, members based in Munich are also welcome. Our event space is on the first floor above the restaurant „Der Spöckmeier".

About the Venue
Best location, longest tradition: The restaurant in Rosenstraße was historically listed for the first time in 1450. In 1520 Hanns Kern became the second owner as the first brewer. In 1687 the restaurant was given the name Spöckmeier. In the summer of 2023, owner and well-known Oktoberfest proprietor Arabella Schörghuber reopened the restaurant after a total rebuild together with her two adult children. Bavarian and young is the new motto!
