About Arko
Two products for the key to success: rice and vinegar. Arko uses what they consider the best “Koshihikari” rice. Its special aroma and flavour characteristics, combined with the dressing of a unique vinegar, are the perfect couple. They make their own dressing from red rice vinegar from one of the most important vinegar houses in Japan founded in 1937, and which from its beginnings opted to maintain the tradition of vinegar aged from sake lees. This results in a rice that is unique in texture, flavour and darker colour than traditional white rice.
